Major project for LCL nears completion

lclCMH supplied the Hydrated Lime and Residue collection systems for LCL’s DFGT contract for a new biomass gasification power plant in Tysely, on the outskirts of Birmingham. Added to LCL’s baghouse technology, CMH supplied a Hydrated Lime Sorbent silo and duty/ standby volumetric dosing skids and a Residue collection, storage & discharge system for disposal into enclosed tankers. Preliminary commissioning of the CMH systems have been successfully completed and the project is in the final stages of commissioning with a view to commercial operation.

On the back of this contract, LCL awarded a further contract for a virtually identical plant for their project for a biomass gasification system at Welland, near Lutterworth: delivery of the two silo’s is scheduled for the end of this month with the balance of the plant to following during the first half of march.
